Come experience Fort McCoy Ranch firsthand and see what makes our operation different from the ground up. During the tour, guests ride through our pastures, see our cattle, learn about how we raise our animals, and get a better understanding of the land, care, and practices behind our beef.

Guests will also tour our state-of-the-art, 66,000 sq.ft. USDA-inspected processing facility, giving them a rare look into the control, transparency, and quality behind every step of our process.

To finish the experience, we gather for a full-course lunch prepared by local Ocala chefs. This is not just a small tasting or a few bites of steak. It is a complete meal designed to showcase the quality of our beef and bring the full Fort McCoy Ranch experience together.
